Created with Bombay Sapphire Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, mint leaves and St Germain Elderflower liqueur, this cocktail strikes the perfect balance between sweet and sour, thanks to the contrasting fruit flavours.

Cucumber Breeze

Like a breath of fresh air, this cocktail is refreshing and crisp. With a mix of Bombay Sapphire Gin, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, apple juice, sugar syrup, mint leaves, cucumber slices and lime wedges, it celebrates classic flavours with an added freshness.

If you want to keep it classic and uncomplicated, the timeless Gin and Tonic is the perfect drink. With a choice of six brands of Gin available at The Milton Club, you can choose your favourite or try something new. Ask for a dash of juice to add a subtle fruity flavour.
